SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – There’s another option for apartment living in downtown Sioux Falls.
After about a year of construction, the building on the corner of 1st and 12th in downtown Sioux Falls is ready to welcome tenants ahead of schedule.
New venue opens in southwest Minnesota town
“We were pushing, I think, for a March opening and then it kind of crept up on us, which we love,” property manager Morgan Koch said.
Owned by Lloyd Companies, the One2 has six floors of 175 units with 14 different floor plans. Koch says there’s also a variety of amenities.
“We have an elevated courtyard there so it’s off of our second floor which none of our other properties have that kind of a courtyard,” Koch said. “Our sixth floor community room, great views of downtown.”
According to their website, the studios start at $915 a month, but Koch says that’s on the lower end of some other options from Lloyd Companies.
“I’d say definitely our prices here are a little lower compared to like the District Lofts but not much of a drop,” Koch said. “We do offer up to a three-bedroom, which we don’t offer in our other properties. So the price point here is going to be a little different compared to our other properties.”
Koch says they’ve already done a lot of tours in their first two weeks, but they are gearing up for a busy spring.
“Definitely come check us out. It’s a beautiful addition to downtown,” Koch said.
There will be an open house at the One2 on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for its grand opening.
