Summit League men’s basketball bracket finalized

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — The Summit League regular season wrapped up Saturday night, and the conference revealed its postseason bracket for men’s basketball.

Omaha claimed the top-overall for the first time. SDSU earned the No. 3 seed, and USD finished fifth.

THE BRACKET

The Jackrabbits and Coyotes will both play their first tournament game on Friday. USD will play in the first men’s game at day as the Yotes take on NDSU in the 4-vs.-5 matchup at 6 p.m. The Jacks will take the court in the final game of the quarterfinals later that night against North Dakota.

The action at the Premier Center begins Wednesday night as Oral Roberts takes on Kansas City. On Thursday, the top two seeds hit the court as Omaha will take on the winner of that opening-round contest. No. 2 St. Thomas also meets Denver on Thursday.

The semifinals are set for Saturday, March 8. The championship contest is slated for next Sunday at 8 p.m.
