SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Early Friday morning the state of South Dakota issued an amber alert after a reported kidnapping Thursday night around 9pm.
Officials are saying to be on the lookout for one year old Javion Bluebird.Officials say Javion was forcibly abducted from his grandmother’s home in Sioux Falls by two females, one with a handgun.They are believed to be driving a white early 2000s Chevrolet Impala with loud power steering.The main suspect is 29-year-old Lelana Sitting Up. She is a native female, 5 feet 3 inches tall, with brown hair and has a tattoo on her neck that says “No excuses no regrets.”If you have any information contact Metro Communications at 605-367-7000.
