Denver area pummeled by Easter weekend snowstorm that’s complicating holiday travel

DENVER – A significant late-season snowstorm is bringing high winds and as much as 1-2 feet of snow to the Rockies through Saturday, including multiple inches of snow around the Denver area.According to Findenergy.com, the storm knocked out power to at least 27,000 customers on Friday morning in Adams County, Colorado, which includes North Denver.The inclement weather led to Friday night game between the Colorado Rockies and the Washington Nationals to be pushed to Sunday.
