The 2024-25 season marked his sixth season as the leader of the Jackrabbits, going 20-12 and falling in the quarterfinals of the Summit League Tournament.

Henderson has accumulated an overall record of 129-60 in six years, while going 76-20 in the Summit League.

SDSU reached two NCAA Tournaments while Henderson was at the helm. That includes the 2021-22 season where the Jacks went 30-5, becoming the first team in program and Summit League history to win 30 games in a season.

The Jackrabbits also made the Tournament in 2023-24 when they won the Summit League Tournament and eventually fell to Iowa State in the first round in Omaha, Nebraska.
