SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A Fairfax, South Dakota woman is dead following a two-car crash near Herrick, South Dakota Saturday afternoon.
Preliminary information indicates that the driver of a 2001 Ford F-250 was traveling north on 350th Avenue near 286th Street.

At the same time, the driver of a 2007 Honda CR-V was going south on 350th Avenue.
The vehicles met at the crest of a hill where they collided.
The driver of the Ford F-250 was uninjured. The driver of the Honda CR-V sustained fatal injuries.
The names of those involved have not been released pending family members’ notification.
