Atlanta’s tower cranes to be put to the test during Hurricane Helene
As Hurricane Helene heads for a landfall along the Gulf Coast, communities across the Southeast are preparing for damaging wind gusts and flooding. The largest metro region, Atlanta, could see wind gusts of at least 50 mph and several inches of rainfall. Being a large city means tower cranes dot the landscape and will be subject to at least tropical storm conditions.
