A recent study released by Wells Fargo has found that 76% of Americans are cutting back on spending which is up from 67% in 2024.

Researchers at University College London found that a person’s mental health and overall wellbeing tended to be better in the morning versus late at night. The study also suggested that the season can influence a person’s mood. Subjects tended to have lower levels of anxiety and loneliness outside of winter, but UCL noted that the seasons didn’t affect time-of-day influences.
