Tropical Storm Leslie developed in the eastern Atlantic on Wednesday, adding to a flurry of tropical activity over the past couple of weeks.Outflow from Hurricane Kirk is expected to limit the storm’s development over the next few days.Here’s everything you need to know about Tropical Storm LeslieTropical Storm Leslie is located more than 500 miles to the southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands and is moving to the west.Strengthening is forecast over the next several days, and the system could become the next Atlantic hurricane by next week.This system is expected to remain over the open waters of the Atlantic Ocean for the time being as it gradually turns west-northwestward over the next couple of days. No impacts to land are expected at this time.
